GhostCall is designed with privacy at its core. We collect minimal data, store no call audio, and never require you to create an account.
GhostCall is a free peer-to-peer voice calling service available at ghostcall.space. We are an independent project.
We collect anonymous usage analytics to understand how GhostCall is used. This includes:
We do NOT collect:
GhostCall uses WebRTC technology for peer-to-peer audio. This means your voice travels directly between devices — it does not pass through our servers. We cannot listen to, record, or store your calls.
When you hang up, the room code becomes invalid and is permanently deleted. There is no call history.
We use your browser's local storage to store a randomly generated anonymous device ID. This contains no personal information and is used only to count unique sessions in our analytics. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
GhostCall uses the following third-party services:
Anonymous analytics events are retained indefinitely for product improvement. Active room records are automatically deleted within 30 minutes of a call ending.
Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete that is linked to you. Your anonymous device ID can be cleared by clearing your browser's local storage.
GhostCall does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The service is intended for general audiences.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
